ONE MORE TIME. LET’S GO EBA TEAM!
A DYNAMIC BLOG LAST UPDATED DECEMBER 30, 2014. The Election Boycott Advocates was a newly formed organization composed of those who live around the country, in states like Florida, New Jersey, New York, Iowa, Illnois, Oregon, Mississippi, etc. These individuals are committed to advocating and promoting a boycott of federal elections because they have been shown to be totally corrupt and completely controlled by a corporatist political duopoly. The duopoly does everything in its power to cater to the corporate sector and the wealthy elite and has no intentions of representing the people despite their rhetoric to the contrary. The duopoly works diligently to crush any “third party efforts” and eliminate competition.
This will be a dynamic blog and periodically updated with the Manifesto which is represented below in a site. In this edition, we present segments from blog talk radio, specifically “Carson’s Corner” with Bob Carson and one from Brad Holbut on the Pinko the Bear show . The segments included are from those podcasts produced in September and October 2014. Other relevant media examples and references may be added.
WHAT IS THE ELECTION BOYCOTT ADVOCATES GROUP : MANIFESTO

CARSON’S CORNER, DECEMBER 28, 2014
“On the last Carson’s Corner on 2014, the Election Boycott Advocates welcome Jill Dalton to the show to discuss the biggest political events of 2014. Dalton, who is the author of the eBook, “Is It Fascism Yet ?”, has been writing for non-corporate media outlets, such as Dandelion Salad, OpEdNews, RSN, NationofChange, for many years. Jill has been one of the few reporters who have questioned whether or not voting really matters in America.
Will 2015 be a year marked by the billionaire ruling class or will the workers continue to rise up in the face of the deteriorating conditions of capitalism? Will elections and the state continue to lose legitimacy in the eyes of the working class? Tune in to hear a discussion you will hear few places elsewhere.
Here is Jill Dalton’s bio: Jill Dalton is a writer/actress/army brat/activist/truth teller. She can be seen in and consulted for William Hurt on the HBO film, Too Big To Fail, about the global financial meltdown. Her articles have appeared @ Dandelion Salad, OpEdNews, RSN, NationofChange. Her eBook, Is It Fascism Yet? is available on amazon.com. Her play, Collateral Damage, was a semi finalist at the 2014 O’Neill Playwrights Conference.
CARSON’S CORNER, DECEMBER 21, DECEMBER 21, 2014
“Almost another year in the books, and the oppression of the American worker continues to get worse. From phony billionaire-owned elections, a us-backed fascist coup in Ukraine, to an out-of-control militarized police force that seeks to perserve the privilege of the ruling class, the workers in America have been forced to engage in non-compliance. Non-compliance already exists in our society in the form of the non-voter. However, we are starting to see the beginnings of a mass response from the oppressed.
Join the Election Boycott Advocates as they recap some of the year’s events, as well what we in the working class have to look forward in 2015.”
CARSON’S CORNER, DECEMBER 14, 2014
“The Election Boycott Advocates welcome a very special guest to the show. Deputy Editor at the Greanville Post, Alya Rea, joins the show to discuss the relationship between the United States, Russia and Ukraine.
The Following is Rea’s bio from the Greanville Post:
Alevtina Rea is a researcher, analyst and writer and a strong supporter of social justice and human rights. For 7 years (2005 – 2012), she worked as an assistant editor with CounterPunch, a leading left political journal in the Anglophone world that exemplifies, along with The Greanville Post and a small cluster of sites, what an oppositional press should be like. She believes that “the role of the media is to educate, inform and shed light where there is none” in order to counter state-sponsored propaganda. Given the appalling criminality and atrocities committed by Western imperialism around the world, she believes that Russia—by opposing such power, and by her growing cooperation with Latin American and Asian countries— offers a new hope to humanity. Ms. Rea is also a contributing author to CounterPunch, Cyrano’s Journal Today, Uncommon Thought Journal, and the International Journal of Baudrillard Studies. She can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org. ”
CARSON’S CORNER, DECEMBER 7, 2014
“It’s Sunday, and it’s time for the Election Boycott Advocates to appear on Carson’s Corner. Last week after a great discussion on the origins of socialism and social democracies, the Election Boycott Advocates welcome Harry Cason, member/supporter of the Zeitgeist Movement to the show. We will discuss our vision for the future of America and the current issues that face working class Americans- or better yet, the very system that oppresses all of us. How do we overturn that system? What do we put in its place? We will attempt to answer all these questions and more.”
CARSON’S CORNER, NOVEMBER 30, 2015
“The Election Boycott Advocates welcome one of their own to the show, Christopher Alan Driscoll. Driscoll, who was Ralph Nader’s media director for his three presidential campaigns, has a firm grasp on the origins of socialism that he will discuss. EBA members Bob Carson and Thomas Baldwin want to explore how to arrive at socialism here in the U.S. with Christopher. We want to know how we create a more equitable and sustainable society that is owned by the workers.”
CARSON’S CORNER, NOVEMBER 23, 2015
“On this edition of Carson’s Corner, the Election Boycott Advocates welcome Harry Cason of the Zeitgeist Movement to the program to discuss how to create a new sustainable world. The working class undoubtedly faces many challenges- change is easier said than done. However, there are steps that we can take to overcome the ruling class. Harry Cason believes that we have to sell everyone a program that contains enormous benefits to everyone. Bob Carson believes we have to reevaluate the way we look at the market system and move beyond capitalism. Capitalism in its current ( and arguably any form) is not designed to address human needs, and therefore continuing capitalism will only further increase the pain of the working class. This consciousness spurred on by the miserable conditions of the working class will lead to a revolution. Christopher Driscoll believes that we need to pull out the rug from the ruling class- the rug of legitimacy- and establish worker owned factories and workplaces. Thomas Baldwin believes a new set of principles will emerge from a value system. All believe that the ballot box is no ride to power for the working class, so what do we do? What course of action should we take? Tune into Carson’s Corner to hear this very unique discussion that you will hear few places elsewhere.”
CARSON’S CORNER, NOVEMBER 16, 2014
“This week on Carson’s Corner, 11-16-14, the Election Boycott Advocates welcome Stewart Acuff to the show. Stewart returns to Carson’s Corner to discuss the current state of affairs of the nation, plus he’ll give his take on the Election Boycott Advocates. This is a discussion you don’t want to miss. Tune into Carson’s Corner at 9pm tomorrow night.
Here is more information about Stewart from his website: Stewart Acuff is the Organizing Director of the National Union of Hospital and Health Care Employees 1199 in Philadelphia.

CARSON’S CORNER, NOVEMBER 4, 2014
“On Tuesday November, 4th, 2014, while the corporate media focuses on the meaningless midterm elections taking place, Carson’s Corner, in conjunction with David Arthur Smithers and Gabriel Pierre of Anti-Capitalist Radio, will host a live election night show discussing the real issues facing working class Americans. The panel, which will include Election Boycott Advocates Christopher Alan Driscoll and Thomas Baldwin, will discuss the boycotting of elections, the electioneering of primaries, caucuses, and the overall campaign finance system which is contingent upon money. In addition, we will discuss how to move beyond our election system and capitalism,. This 2 hour much-needed discussion will be taking your calls and comments in the chatroom. Below is more information about Anti-Capitalist Radio:

CARSON’S CORNER OCTOBER 26, 2014
“It’s Sunday, October 26th, 2014, and it’s time to welcome the Election Boycott Advocates to Carson’s Corner. It’s been a very interesting week for the Election Boycott Advocates. Despite the fact that the Democratic Underground, a major website dedicated to promoting one faction of the business party, the Democratic Party, banned the Election Boycott Advocates after just one post, other sites have begun to take notice. The point is clear: the Election Boycott Advocates are gaining steam and are not going away, despite the wishes of those vested in the political system. As cohost Christopher Driscoll said on this program last week, it’s starts with non-compliance. We will not participate in phony elections to prop up a corporate government for the ruling class. We will no longer march with our oppressors. We are on a mission to spread non-compliance.
This week, Thomas Baldwin, Christopher Driscoll, Harry Cason, member/supporter of the Zeitgeist Movement, will continue to have the discussion on how to change our system. Should we become more of a social democracy and increase the amount of social systems in America? Should we completely move beyond capitalism and bring democracy to ownership and the workplace? Build our own institutions?”
CARSON’S CORNER OCTOBER 19, 2014
“Fresh off of the huge article in the Greanville Post, the Election Boycott Advocates are back on Carson’s Corner for another 2-hour lively debate/discussion. Last week, much of the discussion during the first hour centered around whether 3rd parties can produce meaningful results in the system, and the idea that the Election Boycott Advocates are doing nothing to change the system. First, as was pointed out by cohost Chris Driscoll, working class 3rd parties have had little success in electing anything other than a handful of people. Part of the reason our voter turnout is so low in America, is that people realize they don’t have a real choice in elections. Unlike in other countries that have a much higher turnout, there are no working class parties in America. In fact, not only is there no working class party, as Noam Chomsky points out, the term “working class” is taboo among the ruling class. The working class in America is suffering a class-based assault that cannot be discussed in the corporate media.”
CARSON’S CORNER OCTOBER 12, 2014
“It has been over one month now that the Election Boycott Advocates have been appearing on Carson’s Corner, and with each week, the message is getting louder. More and more websites are covering the Election Boycott Advocates on Carson’s Corner, as it is the only place where this sort of resistance is taking place. Last week, Election Boycott Advocates welcomed Jeff Howard, occupier, activist and Obama supporter to the show, and Harry Cason, member/supporter of the Zeitgeist Movement, and Thomas Baldwin, election boycott advocate and blogger. What ensued was a passionate debate/discussion that didn’t tear the parties apart, but rather solidified the parties around the notion of an ongoing debate and the dire need for change. This week will be no different, as hosts Bob Carson and Christopher Alan Driscoll welcome the same panel, Jeff Howard, Thomas Baldwin, and Harry Cason to the show, plus a new panelist, Jill Dalton.”
CARSON’S CORNER OCTOBER 5, 2014
“On this episode of Carson’s Corner, join the Election Boycott Advocates as they host a provocative 2 hour discussion that seeks to challenge the movement as well as the entire system. Hosts Bob Carson, Christopher Driscoll, and Election Boycott Advocate member, Thomas Baldwin, welcome Harry Cason, member/supporter of the Zeitgeist Movement to the show. Although generally supportive of the movement, Harry has some concerns about the content and direction of the cause. Carson’s Corner also hopes to hear from long time Carson’s Corner friend, Jeff Howard. Jeff Howard, who is a veteran, occupier and activist, has some very strong convictions about elections in this country, and anybody who has listened to Jeff before on the show knows he is one of the most fiery individuals out there. Jeff has commented, “Bob…. I’m against boycotting the election ……we do they win.” Hopefully, our friend can join this ongoing discussion that we have been having on Carson’s Corner. All in all, this will be another great edition of Carson’s Corner.
Here is some more info on Harry Cason and why he joined the movement: Harry Cason has been teaching political science at the The City University of New York – College of Staten Island for over twenty years, and has been involved in the anti-war and social rights movement even longer.
Cason is presently writing a book on: U.S. Relations with Spain under Francisco Franco, and Spain’s Eventual Liberalization.
Cason is a member-supporter of the Zeitgeist Movement, because of its holistic-systemic response to the problems we presently face in the world, as opposed to the piecemeal and tweaking response that is typically offered-up these days”

Added on September 29:
Last night, Election Boycott Advocates Christopher Driscoll, Thomas Baldwin, and Bob Carson, had a 2 hour discussion that is worthwhile on Carson’s Corner. Make sure to tune in.
It’s Sunday, and you know what that means: It’s all things election boycott. On this 2 hour edition of Carson’s Corner, hosts Bob Carson and Christopher Alan Driscoll will discuss Obama’s talks at the United Nations on climate change, and the latest U.S. bombing campaign in Syria. It’s clear that the American people have no say in the aforementioned issues, or any issue for that matter. We are not a democracy, and pretending such, only strengthens the system. As the great Zack de la rocha says, “Raise your fist and resist!”
Also joining the show will be Thomas Baldwin, election boycott advocate member, blogger, and owner of the site https://proactvoice.wordpress.com/
